Have you ever lost a child, loved one, or close relative to an illness or natural disaster? Does anxiety rule your every day life?
Trauma happens to all of us and it leaves the imprint in our energy and physical bodies. If you had tools that you could use when “it” happened, would you use them? This is a big YES!!!!!
Betsey Beaven and Cindy Mattingly will be sharing their extensive combined years of trauma work to help you discover what you would need in your journey to heal.
Betsey will discuss the ways that homeopathic remedies can treat acute situations in the moment. Healing begins when you have clarity on what steps to take. This confidence and knowledge will help you move back into balance.
Cindy will introduce you to techniques of moving the energy in the moment of the traumatic event so that it does not get stuck. Since all of us have older traumas, she will include methods to soften the energetic pattern that has developed over time. This will ease the energetic release of the old memories and feelings associated with the trauma. This experience of the release facilitates the sense of hope in the energy system and the person.
Stuck energy is known as pain. This energy can be in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies. As the energy softens, the qualities and characteristics of the pain change. This is where homeopathy and these energy methods work in beautiful harmony. We are meant to be happy and pain-free and using the tools that we will share with you will guide you onto your path.
Betsey Beaven is a Homeopathic educator and health consultant in Andover , MA.. She is a the co-author of four vegetarian cookbooks, a former Chef and food critic, and the producer and writer of the documentary short The Healing Mind – Meditation in Motion. Exploring the power of the mind and it’s deep connection to healing the body is central to all her work.
Cindy Mattingly was raised on a farm in Kentucky. Farm life with its many animals, chores and opportunities to care for others, cultivated my deep relationship with nature, practical outlook on life, and compassion. Over the course of my 40 years of treating and teaching, I have integrated natural intuition, medical training as an Occupational Therapist, and awareness of energy. I have a language to describe the way energy works in the physical body and through our patterns of thought and emotions. I have developed and employ techniques to cultivate the energy balance that brings about wellbeing. Everyone is unique and on a personal journey. I am grateful that I can help ease life’s challenges by sharing what I have learned through one-on-one sessions and workshops. I look forward to meeting you!!!!
